New Appointment Policy

In order to provide the highest level of veterinary care to all of our “furry family” members, effective immediately, the Careteam at Kanuga Animal Hospital will require a $50.00 deposit to secure an appointment and a $100 deposit for a surgical procedure or operation in an ongoing effort to reduce the number of no show appointments. 

The amount is fully credited to your visit and is only non-refundable if the patient doesn’t attend the scheduled appointment. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. 

Currently our appointments are in high demand and our #1 priority is you and your pet!

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow time to complete any additional paperwork, if required. When appointments are scheduled, we reserve that time for your pet to spend with our dedicated team of doctors and staff. 

Our goal is to be able to provide care to all, and minimizing no shows will help us offer appointments as they become available to those in need of urgent medical care.
